Overview:

A real-time social video activation at the NBA Awards, designed to engage fans by capturing celebrity moments on the red carpet and posting stylized clips to Twitter within minutes. The setup featured a reflective floor and NYC-themed visuals on a video wall, creating a visually striking environment for short-form content.

 
Role: Producer, Video Editor

• Led pre-production and coordinated with designers and vendors to bring a New York–themed video activation to life

• Hired crew and built a custom on-site edit bay to enable near-instant video turnaround

• Developed a templatized workflow to ensure consistent branding and minimize post time

• Ran rehearsals and troubleshooting sessions to bulletproof the production flow

 
Results:

Captured and edited nearly 100 red carpet celebrity clips with an average turnaround time of just 5 minutes per video, shared in real time across NBA and Twitter Sports channels
