Project: HERO10 Million Dollar Challenge

Overview:

A global contest celebrating user-generated content and the incredible moments everyday people capture with a GoPro. The campaign encouraged users to buy the new HERO10 Black and submit their most unique footage, with every creator featured in the final video earning an equal share of $1 million.

Role: Post Producer

• Led a fully remote post-production workflow with producers, creative directors, and editors
• Reviewed 28,000+ submissions from 131 countries in weekly screening sessions
• Prepped projects and raw footage for remote editors across multiple time zones
• Managed version tracking, stakeholder feedback, backups, and final QC and delivery

Results: 1.7M views across YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, and massive community engagement around the GoPro brand.
